You look for access to the roof, but once again, are faced with a final lock.
The sound designer, Manuel Linson, has his headphones on and is pounding on the roof, trying to get past. Seeing you enter the booth, he comes over to talk . . .
Transcript:
“I’ve been trying to bust open the roof to get out of here, but it’s no use—it’s totally jammed and locked shut. Even worse, someone came up here and messed with all my sound files! The system has completely gone haywire, and I can’t pull any of these apart anymore! And then, to top it off, someone has tossed my script pages all over the floor! Oh, I guess that was me…I don’t keep track of pages very well. But still! The show is going to sound terrible if I can’t get these straightened out. But I guess there won’t be a show at all if we can’t get out of here anyway.”
Near the panel with access to the roof you see another mysterious note:
In the sound booth, you find the sound designer’s audio files have been all jumbled together, and their script pages have been scattered. You can listen to the audio file and see the script pages.
